Acceptance

By using the Udeha website, diagnostic funnel, or mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

Udeha provides a self-guided mindset and productivity program, including a diagnostic that produces a personalized result and curriculum. The Service is an educational and self-development tool. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice and is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

Your account and content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. Your private journal and reflective entries belong to you and are stored encrypted on your device.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate any law.

Purchases

Paid features, when offered, are described at the point of purchase, including price and what is included. Applicable consumer-protection and withdrawal rights apply as required by law.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its curriculum, text, and design, is owned by Udeha and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own self-development.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, Udeha is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and termination

We may update the Service and these Terms; the effective date is shown as "last updated" above. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
